Gentle Yoga: We slow our practice down in this class, taking time to focus on the fundamentals of a yoga. This class is for beginners, for those who are dealing with injuries and for those who are happy to take a gentle approach to enhance or deepen their practice. We will work with strength and flexibility and as focus on the breath to support your practice.
General Yoga: Our general class offers the opportunity to drop deep within yourself, focussing on your mind, body and breath. You will flow through sequences coordinating with your breath to cultivate a state of moving meditation.

Prenatal Yoga: Taking time out for you and your baby to deeply connect and for you to nurture yourself is incredibly important for your health and wellbeing during pregnancy. Our prenatal yoga classes are designed to support you during each stage of your pregnancy and help prepare you for not only birthing your baby but giving you skills to support you throughout motherhood.
Mum’s and Bub’s Yoga: Learn to use yoga to address all the common issues we experience post pregnancy. Our practice addresses physical issues plus we learn to use yogic techniques to calm ourselves and our babies during those challenging motherhood moments. A fun class and a chance to meet other local mums.
Suitable for babies from 6-weeks to pre-crawling.
Fertility Yoga: This class is for women who are preparing to conceive, trying to conceive and for women undergoing Assisted Reproductive Treatment. Our focus is on the best yoga poses for hormonal and reproductive health, also meditations, visualisations and breathing techniques to calm the mind and the nervous system. You will discover how to practice yoga in a way that optimises your fertility health, is safe and nourishing for you.

Yoga Therapy: One to one classes are an opportunity to learn which yogic practices will benefit your unique needs. It is also a great way to get started with a regular home practice that is personally designed for you.
Yoga therapy requires a commitment to a minimum of three 60-minute sessions.
The first session will be a thorough consultation and counselling session to establish your needs and goals so that an individualised plan can be written for you.
The subsequent sessions will involve you learning your practice and an opportunity to revise and further adjust your practice for maximum benefit for you.
